| The Library is a network of five locations providing books, magazines, CDs, DVDs, Internet access and other free services to the City of Clarence-Rockland. The Clarence-Rockland Public Library is managed by a Library Board appointed by Municipal Council in compliance with the Ontario Public Libraries Act. Every resident of Clarence-Rockland and any tax payer to the City may be a member. Membership is also available to non-residents at an annual service fee. Membership is free and there are no fees to borrow materials or to access the Internet. There are fees for returns past the due date, for damages to items, for photocopying and for printing from the Internet. You can borrow books, audio books, videocassettes, DVDs magazines as well as family passes to all the Ottawa area museums. We offer interlibrary loans for documents that are not available in our collection. The public has access to the Internet in Bourget, Clarence Creek and Rockland at workstations and through wi-fi connections.
